Bank Pocztowy is a universal modern bank offering customer-friendly and lucid financial services, which are available at the post offices and in the network of Bank's branch offices across Poland. The Bank was established in 1990 in Bydgoszcz. There are two shareholders of Bank Pocztowy: Poczta Polska (Polish Post) that owns 75% of shares (minus one share) and PKO Bank Polski S.A (25% plus one share). Both of them are well-known, reputable institutions enjoying the public trust. Thanks to our shareholders, we have at our disposal the largest distribution network and access to the most modern banking activities.

Uniqueness of the offer of the Bank Pocztowy consists largely in the wide access to the services rendered. We are to be found in nearly 5000 post offices all over the country. We offer a wide range of services, such as Savings and Settlement Accounts, cash payments and withdrawals, deposit accounts or bank loans. We have developed various distribution channels which provide our customers with free access to the accrued resources. The network, consisting of nearly 10,000 posts, is the largest in the country. It includes a few thousands of post offices where one can pay or withdraw money. What is more, customers withdraw money from ATMs belonging to organizations such as PKO BP, Kredyt Bank S.A, Cash4You and Euronet. Cash withdrawals in all of those abovementioned cash machines are not charged with any commission. Our customers may also access and monitor their means through:

In cooperation with the majority shareholder, Poczta Polska, we have been introducing postal banking services since 2006 through creating the network of professional Financial Stands at the post offices which are integrated with the computer system of Bank Pocztowy. Those stands enable us to serve our customers in fast and professional way. Bank Pocztowy and Poczta Polska, in their mutual plans, express their determination to establish more than 3300 Financial Stands by 2009 all over the country, in which modern and customer-friendly financial products will be available.
